Actress Toyin Abraham Reveals Another Pregnancy Loss During Hospital Treatment

Nollywood star Toyin Abraham has spoken publicly about another painful pregnancy loss, revealing that she was four months pregnant when she lost the baby.

The actress shared the experience during the Bestie Jesu Concert 2026 in Lagos, where she also recounted the role Pastor Bolaji Idowu played in helping her through the ordeal.

Abraham said the pregnancy loss occurred at a time when she was actively working on a film. Despite the emotional impact, she had to deal with the situation while maintaining her professional commitments.

“I was four month pregnant, but I lost it. But guess what, I was filming, so I was down,” she said.

The actress recalled that she was initially reluctant to contact her parents after the incident. She explained that she was particularly concerned about informing her mother because of her age and the possible emotional reaction.

“I didn’t want to call my parents; you know how it is that you don’t want to… my parents, my mom is old, and I didn’t want to call my mom,” Abraham said.

She eventually informed her husband, actor Kola Ajeyemi. However, because he was not nearby at the time, she decided to contact Pastor Bolaji.

“I just told my husband, but that day he was far away, and guess who I called?” she said.

According to Abraham, the pastor immediately began praying for her and asked about her location.

“I just called Pastor Bolaji. He just started praying for me, and he said, ‘Where are you?’ I said, ‘I’m on my way to the hospital,’” she recalled.

The actress said Pastor Bolaji then asked what treatment she was going to receive at the hospital.

“He said, ‘What’s going to happen?’ I said, ‘They want to do an evacuation,’” she said.

Abraham further disclosed that the pastor offered financial assistance for the medical treatment.

“And Pastor Bolaji sent me millions,” she revealed.

She expressed gratitude for his intervention and support during the difficult period.

“Thank you so much, Pastor Bolaji. God bless you,” Abraham added.

The actress had previously discussed suffering a pregnancy loss in 2022. Speaking with Channels Television at the time, she said she had cried extensively after losing the pregnancy because she wanted to have one or two more children.

“Yes I want to have more kids. I was actually pregnant but I lost it,” she said at the time.

Abraham and her husband, Kola Ajeyemi, have a son and a stepdaughter. The actress has also previously spoken about her desire to have more children.

Her latest revelation has drawn attention to the personal challenges she has experienced while pursuing her career in Nollywood and raising her family.
