Nigerian singer, Ayra Starr, has said she will hijack a relationship if she earns more than her partner.
The songstress was quoted to have made the comment while discussing relationships and financial responsibilities on an episode of the Wahala podcast on Tuesday.
Ayra Starr stated that she would relate differently with her partner if she were richer than him.
The Rhythm and Blues crooner stated that she would have more influence in the relationship as she is in a stronger financial position.

The singer added that she would still expect the man to help out financially in the relationship even if she was making more money than him.
In her position, the fact that a woman has more money should not completely negate the role of the man as a provider.

“If I date a man who I am richer than, I will have control over him. “But even if I am richer, he will still provide, and I won’t let him know I have a lot of money,” she said in the interview.
